Delivery Information:

Orders may be shipped in multiple shipments. Delivery typically takes 0-6 business days from order placement. Estimated delivery times are provided, but unexpected delays may occur. If a product is out of stock or there are delivery delays, you'll be notified via email. We strive to deliver on time but cannot compensate for damages or losses. Orders & Shipping

Once we receive your order, we'll quickly send you an email to let you know we've got it. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll notify you again by email, thus accepting your order. If you've opted for Cash on Delivery, we'll send you an order confirmation email. Your order isn't confirmed until you return that email or confirm via mobile. Please note, we might not ship all parts of your order at the same time. Before we hand your items over to our reliable delivery partners, we make sure to inspect and package them well. Our delivery team is dedicated to getting your order to you asap. If they struggle to find your address or can't deliver at a suitable time, they'll contact you to sort it out. Just a heads up - we usually send orders off within 2 business days, not including Sundays and public holidays. You won't have to pay any shipping charges on orders worth £499 or more. But, if your order is below £499, a small fee of £5 will be applicable as shipping charges. Please note, we're currently shipping only within the UK. So unfortunately, international shipping isn't available at the moment. Once you've placed your order, please allow us about 7 to 10 days to get your package to you.
